Tonight’s feature conference is the Horizon League, where Oakland is out to a surprising start after struggling through most of their OOC schedule. They had a big win tonight against Youngstown State to maintain their hold on 1st place. Purdue Fort Wayne, who we were the biggest on coming into league play, has struggled since the start of conference play.

Ten Underrated Transfer Studs--The Portal Report

Tanner Holden, Wright State G

One of the more unusual transfer scenarios, Wright State guard Tanner Holden started his career with the Raiders, left for a year at Ohio State, and is now back to finish his career with Wright State. Holden decided to transfer to Ohio State following the best year of his career where he averaged 20.1 per night and was first team All-Horizon League.

Now, Holden is back with the Raiders, and continuing to light it up. The senior has started every game averaging 17.4 points per game. In addition, Holden is having a solid season on the boards with 6.2 per contest.
