CRANSTON NOT GOING TO BUTLER--Daytona Beach News Journal

DBCC men's basketball forward DeAndre Cranston, who had verbally committed to play for mid-major power Butler University last fall, has changed his mind and opened his recruitment again, said DBCC coach Anthony Andre.

"It wasn't anything negative about Butler, he just decided to look around some more," Andre said.

Cranston, a 6-foot-9 forward/center who averaged 10.9 points and 10.7 rebounds for the Falcons last season, is now looking at several schools including Ole Miss, Andre said.
