The other game that tipped later in the evening had first place in the Horizon League on the line, but Wright State left no doubt about who belongs in that spot as they blew out Northern Kentucky 95-63. The host Raiders were on fire all night long, shooting 61 percent from the field including 12-22 from long range, while also out-rebounding the Norse 43-28. The Raiders are now two games up in the loss column on everyone else in the league.

Tracking the Transfers: How are the former members of Northwestern MBB faring?--Inside NU

Jordan Ash — Wright State

Season Stats: 21 games / 1 start / 16.7 minutes / 4.2 points / 2.7 rebounds / 2.0 assists / 45.2 FG% / 12.5 3FG%
Team record: 17-4 (7-1) — 1st in Horizon League
The former NU captain has struggled to earn significant minutes for the Horizon League-leading Wright State Raiders, starting just one game for them in his final year of eligibility. That being said, if the Raiders stay hot and earn a berth to the NCAA Tournament for the second time in three years, it’s unlikely Ash will be regretting his decision to transfer from Northwestern.
