Realignment Roulette Spins Again--Big Apple Buckets
Part of this seems to be because competing right away is a possibility. BU, Loyola and Oakland – which joins the Horizon League – all hope to compete in Year 1. These well established programs take seasons of success with them to their next destination.

The CAA will also play some other notable games. Here’s my top five other opportunities:

James Madison vs. Detroit (Nov. 19) and at Valparaiso (Nov. 23) – Like James Madison, both of these teams have enjoyed recent success but are rebuilding a little bit this season. The two Horizon League powers offer nice home-and-home tests early in the season for the Dukes.
