UIC officially announced its roster this week. The loss of Scott VanderMeer and Josh Mayo to graduation is going to be compounded by the loss of Tori Boyd and Jovan Ignjatovic. The front court depth of the Flames is going to be tested very often next season. On the plus side, there's a lot of young talent coming to UIC. I've read good things about Aurora's Anthony Kelly and 6'11" transfer Kyle Robbins will add some height as well.

Dave Dudzinski - a Loyola recruiting target - is considering a number of East Coast schools after a trip there this summer. He visited a bunch of Ivy League schools. The key quote, "You can't really beat an Ivy League education so if I can get it at a severely discounted rate, it's something I'm going to consider," Dudzinski said. It will be interesting to see what his ultimate decision is.
