The Titans kept the score close and were down five at the half, despite shooting 25.8%. The host Hawkeyes (5-2) came out in the second with a 14-0 run, and the Titans (0-6) never got close. Sandi Brown led Detroit with 10 points, and India Buster grabbed eight rebounds and blocked five shots.
