Game 11: No. 6 UIC Flames (14-17, 7-11) vs. No. 3 Green Bay Phoenix (18-12, 12-6), 5 p.m.

Game 12: No. 5 Wright State Raiders (20-11, 11-7) vs. No. 4 Northern Kentucky Norse (21-10, 12-6), approx. 7:30 p.m.
The Norse swept the season series.

No conference can match the insanity that’s been the second edition of Motor City Madness. Not only did the nine and 10 seeds win their opening games on Friday, but both managed to win in Saturday’s quarterfinal doubleheader. Youngstown State knocked off top seed Oakland with a brilliant, buzzer-beating back door play, then Milwaukee dropped two seed Valparaiso in a slugfest that featured 84 total points. So, the door is now open for Green Bay to make its second straight NCAA trip or for NKU to make it’s first ever in its first year of eligibility.
